  • CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE

We provide a complete service of maintenance which includes the repair of components (new and already repaired), generators at the factory and in the air, and repair of gearboxes.

  • QUALITY CONTROL CAMPAIGNS: TPM AUDITS

We perform TPM campaigns based on audit / inspect a percentage of wind turbines to be able to extrapolate the results to the rest of the fleet. Based on Six Sigma methodologies and military standards-based regulations, our audits allow obtaining degrees of confidence between 95% and 98%, and determine: the general condition of the fleet, categorize defects, prioritize corrective actions, analyzing investment vs. optimization of production.

  • SUPERVISION OF MAINTENANCE IN WARRANTY PERIOD

Our aim is to verify that the manufacturer performs the necessary replacements and convenient repairs to prevent further incidents. We ensure the fulfillment of the technical, administrative and legal specifications contracted with the suppliers of the plant.

  • QUALITY INSPECTIONS: END OF WARRANTY (EOW)

After warranty period stipulated by the different providers of a power plant, Revergy team performs the inspection of the right condition of each equipment. This service includes:
