The service starts with the review of the detailed engineering of the plant, substation and line followed by construction supervision and supervision of the commissioning and start-up phase. Its participation focuses on decision-making to avoid changes that increase CAPEX costs and ensure that the plant enters into operation with a constructive and operational nature that does not involve unforeseen events in the O&M of the asset, avoiding having to face OPEX cost overruns.
